We have the absolute best people on the planet working with BeyondWater. They work long hours and could go and get much higher paying jobs, but they choose to work with us because they understand our model and get to see lives transformed right in front of their eyes.
Our model is powered by a small and dedicated group of private donors, known as The Spring.
These entrepreneurs, artists, musicians and business leaders fund our operating costs – costs that include office rent, staff salaries, and anything to do with administration. By committing multi-year support for operations funding, Spring Members allow us to plan for the future, creating efficiency and stability. And Members of The Spring provide more than just financial support – they’re also some of our most loyal teammates, our most visionary partners, and our most outspoken champions.
Like any startup, we need visionary investors who believe in and support our business model, so we can stay focused on what matters most: solving the water crisis.
Through our giving partners, we are enabled to ensure that as close to 100% of donations go towards our projects. The more we have to draw from, the more staff we can invest in, the better services we can offer to our communities. This includes ongoing training, which is vital to a strong leadership team.
Without people, we can’t run our programs, manage an office, train up the next generation, or increase our community workers. With your partnership we can continue to impact thousands of people with access to clean water and sanitation facilities.
